My Top 11, in 2011.

My wife Melissa, came up with this awesome idea. Your top 11 things for 2011. We are a couple days away from 2012. I do try and reflect back and see how the year panned out for me. Now you can go on this journey too. 2011, had some really bad times, and really good times for me. I grew up, and grew wiser, but I also kinda feel beat up. Especially with all the stuff that happened with my friends. Well 2012 is a new start, a new beginning for me, and I am ready for it.

This list is in no particular order. I hope you enjoy a look back on at least a part of my year.

Number 11. My new Christmas tradition. The advent calendar.

Number 10. My top Cellphone Thursday pic. No, of course I couldn't just pic one ha ha.

Number 9. My top picture's. These are actually Melissa's picture's, but I just love them.
Make A Wish.
World Trade Center steel from the 9-11 Memorial.

Number 8. My favorite TV show. Sons of Guns.

Number 7. (I don't know what to call this) Lindsay Lohan Playboy.
Image is owned by Playboy, Hugh Hefner, and Lindsay Lohan.
Number 6. My top songs.
Foster The People - Pumped Up Kicks, Dubstep Remix.
Korn, featuring Skrillex - Get Up!

Number 5. My top video games. Both extremely good games in my opinion Battlefield 3, kicks major ass with the new Frostbite 2 engine.

Number 4. The best holiday for us this year. Thanksgiving

Number 3. My favorite Movies.

Number 2. My favorite day. When we got our new cats.

And finally my number 1. This was an amazing feat for us to accomplish. I am very proud of us and I know we will have many more to come. Our first year wedding anniversary.

Honorable mentions.
My favorite board game of the year. Apples to Apples. It is really fun. You should try it.

Bellevue's take on Christmas decorating.

Well it is after Christmas and now it's the countdown to the new year. I had an excellent Christmas with my wife Melissa. We had an amazing day of our own. New traditions, and the feeling we can do this as our own family. I hope you had a good Christmas also.

I wanted to post this picture awhile ago, but I never had the opportunity to take a good picture of it until now. Better late then never ha ha. Bellevue is like the "rich" city here. I drive through it often for work.

It is really cool to see it look like this.
Don't forget to get your Louis Vuitton, for Christmas next year.

Christmas weekend!

Well here it is. It's Christmas weekend! I am very, very excited. I cannot wait to see the joy and smiles on peoples face when they open a gift that they have been asking for. I really hope that everyone has a good weekend, and most of all a great Christmas.

Even Santa is enjoying some R&R before the big day.
It's not only about gifts or what material thing you give people. It's the time spent with them, it's the coming together to enjoy the day for what it is. You don't have to give someone something to make their day. You can give them companionship, you can spend time with them. I think sometimes people forget what Christmas is all about. I am just going to try and enjoy the day for spending time with people I care about the most.

Well Merry Christmas, Feliz Navidad, Happy Hanukkah. Enjoy the day in your own special day. I know I will.

Advent Calendar.

Before December, my wife Melissa, went shopping and found us our very first Advent Calendar. It was kinda beat up and some knobs were missing. We went to a craft store and got some new knobs and some gold paint. We pulled off the remaining old knobs, and cleaned off the old glue. It looked like it was repaired before with different types of glue. We decided to use a hot glue gun this time around. Melissa, painted all the new knobs, while I cleaned off the old glue. When the paint was dry, we started attaching the new knobs. We let it dry over night. The next morning we tried the new knobs and they worked perfectly. It was like they were made for the calendar. The weekend after Thanksgiving, we decorated our house for Christmas, and we got to put out the Advent calendar. We both got to fill it with little treats. We alternate the days, and it's fun to watch as the other person opens it up to see what they get. This will definitely be a new tradition for us.

Do you see the size of this Hershey Kiss!
This was one of the treats waiting for me. This has been so much fun to do. I am already thinking of what treats I am gonna put inside next year. Try something new, and you never know, it could be your new, holiday tradition. Try new things, and make them your own.

What is it!?

Is it Y2K? Is it the Apocalypse? Is it the Zombie plague?

I think a Zombie that was scared by the Apocalypse, collapsed on a keyboard, that was infected by Y2K. Haha. Or they couldn't find the "B" button for brains. Haha

Saw this today driving to work haha.
